Error during identity check
If you have purchased a subscription or a PrePaid SIM card from Post Mobile and the identification via the Salt ID Checker app failed, your SIM card will be delivered to you by Swiss Post. On delivery, you must receive your parcel in person with the same identification document you used when placing your order. If you show another identification document, the post will not hand over the SIM card.
If you have purchased a subscription or a PrePaid SIM card from Post Mobile and you own a smartphone that is not compatible with the Post Mobile ID Checker app, you have two options:
- Wait for the email reminders to stop within 7 days. Your order will then be delivered by Swiss Post.
- Call our customer service and ask for your order to be delivered by Swiss Post.
