Voicemail
- The intuitive Post Mobile voicemail is activated by default. Personalise it by recording a greeting message. Call 086 followed by your own number (example: 086 078 000 99 11).
- Disable temporarily your voicemail by tapping ##002# or ##004# on your smartphone keyboard and then press the call button. Visit our FAQ section to find out more about voicemail.
Payment & Bills
- The best way to receive your bills is via email or eBill.
- The easiest way to pay your bills is via eBill or direct debit.
- Set up a direct debit.

Additional Services
- Data Packs : you can add additional Data Packs for mobile data use in Switzerland and abroad in My Account.
- Wi-Fi Calling : you can call and send messages both in Switzerland and abroad, avoiding the extra costs associated with out-of- bundle or roaming charges.
- SBB FreeSurf: benefit from free internet connection on all SBB long-distance trains (IC and IR).
