The activation time for Post Internet & TV services depends on your situation.
You have a fibre-optic outlet (OTO): if it is correctly connected, your services can be activated within 10 working days.
If not, a technician will contact you to finalise the installation; you will be informed as soon as your order has been processed.
We therefore recommend waiting for the installation of your fibre-optic outlet before terminating your services with your current operator, to avoid any loss of service.
No, Post Internet & TV does not include a fixed telephony service.
On selected TV channels, mandatory advertising is shown when you watch programs in Replay. This includes a 30-second Start Ad before the program begins, an approximately 130-second ad when you fast-forward through an ad break (FFW Ad), and a Pause Ad that appears when you pause a live or replayed program.
The following channels currently show mandatory Replay ads: RTS 1, RTS 2, SRF 1, SRF 2, SRF info, RSI La 1, RSI La 2, 3+, 4+, 5+, 6+, 7+ Family / NICK Schweiz, Kabel Eins, NITRO, ProSieben, ProSieben MAXX, Puls 8, RTL, RTLZWEI, S1, SAT.1, SAT.1 GOLD, SIXX, Swiss 1, TV24, TV25, VOX, Super RTL, Tele1, TeleBärn, Tele M1, TeleZüri and TVO. More channels may be added in the future.
Launch offer valid until 31.10.2026 when subscribing to a new Post Internet & TV plan in a Post branch or by phone on 0800 780 791. Subject to a possible extension.
Minimum contract duration: 24 months.
Activation fees: activation fees are free (instead of CHF 99.95).
