You can log in to your Post Internet & TV account on this page.
By clicking the link in the email we sent you, with the subject "Create your Post Mobile personal account". The link is valid for 48 hours; after that, you will need to proceed differently (see below).
By registering on the self-registration page. You will need your Post Internet & TV subscription details (contract number or OTO ID).
You can manage all your Post Mobile and Post Internet & TV accounts within a single customer area.
To link a new account or subscription to your existing My Account, follow these steps:
Direct link: go to the Account Association page.
Process:

- Enter the required information.
- Click Confirm or Request account association.
- You will receive an email containing a verification link.

Direct link: go to the Account Management page.
Alternative access: you can also find this setting in My Account, under the profile/personal information section.

If you have forgotten your password and cannot log in, you can set a new one using the "Forgot your password?" function.

Click the «Edit» button ✎ next to «Account email».
Enter the new email address in both fields.
Click «Validate».
Click the validation link you receive at your new email address.
Check your spam folder if you have not received the email a few minutes after submitting your request.
The change takes effect the next time you log in to My Account.
To identify yourself, use the method best suited to your situation: the OTO ID associated with your Post Internet & TV account, or your Post Internet & TV billing account number. If you encounter an error during identification, try again with another method.
If your email address is not accepted, use the «Forgot your password?» function.
If your email address is already used by a customer account that does not include all your Post Mobile accounts, please contact our Contact Centre.
My contract
Your contract begins when your connection is activated (a confirmation email will be sent to you).
This activation date is the reference date for all calculations related to your contract, including early termination fees.
If you are planning to move, please contact us at least 5 weeks before your move so we can plan the activation of your connection at your new address.
If this notice period is not respected, our teams will do their best to activate your connection as quickly as possible; however, this will still require scheduling an intervention by one of our partners, which usually takes 7 working days.
If an optical outlet needs to be installed, the line at the new address is already in use, or your new outlet is not labelled, delays of up to 5 weeks may occur.
The activation date will be communicated to you by email.
Verify the availability of Post Internet & TV via fibre-optic connection or Gigabox technology at your new address.
At least 5 weeks before the move, call customer service on 0800 700 500 to submit your moving request. Please provide:
- Your new address
- The OTO ID at your new address (a missing or incorrect OTO ID may delay activation)
- Your desired activation date at your new address
You will keep your Post Internet & TV equipment and will need to reinstall the Fibre Box at the new location.
After the move is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with the plug number to which you need to connect the fibre cable at the OTO socket at your new address. Once your Fibre Box is installed, reset it by pressing the reset button on the back of the box for 10 seconds. This step is mandatory for the Fibre Box to come online after a move.
Your phone number and your login details for My Account, Post Internet & TV Video, and TV services will remain unchanged.
In the case of a move abroad (leaving the country), the disconnection fee will be reduced to CHF 99.95 (the exact amount depends on how long you have been under contract) and will be applied to your final invoice.
Please note that this fee reduction, where applicable, will only be granted upon receipt of written confirmation of your new address (a certificate of residence or a copy of your rental contract) or confirmation of your departure from Switzerland.
Please note that a contract transfer request can only be submitted at a Swiss Post branch.
1. Visit a Post branch together with the future account holder (who must be an adult).
2. Bring a valid identification document for both the current and future account holder.
3. Fill in and sign the «Change of ownership» form, which will be given to you on site.
4. Make sure to provide all the required information and settle any overdue balance to avoid delays.
The change of ownership can take up to 4 weeks. A fee of CHF 49.95 will be charged to the new account holder once the change is complete.
Note: only requests submitted at a Swiss Post branch will be processed.
You can terminate your contract at the end of any calendar month, subject to 60 days' notice. All terminations must be requested by phone with our customer service (0800 701 801). We are available Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00.
Early termination fees may apply, according to the terms and conditions specified in your contract.
These terms may vary depending on the reason for termination. For more information, please consult the Price and Product Information brochure.
Yes. The basic TV package will be cancelled at the same time as your Post Internet & TV subscription and will be invoiced pro rata for the last month of the contract.
If you have subscribed to the Replay Max option, this will also be cancelled at the same time.
