After you receive your eSIM voucher with your eSIM QR code via post, ensure that your device has an active internet connection. You can connect via Wi-Fi or use mobile data if a Nano SIM is still active in your device. This internet access is essential for downloading the eSIM profile onto your device. If you are switching from a Post Mobile Nano SIM to a Post Mobile eSIM, remember to remove the deactivated Nano SIM. Keeping the inactive Nano SIM in the device may cause your device to attempt to connect to the Post Mobile network using the deactivated SIM, which will not work. The activated eSIM can be downloaded over a Wi-Fi network for a seamless set-up.

By default, the SIM PIN is deactivated on the eSIM. However, it can be reactivated if necessary. You will find the PIN on the eSIM profile voucher. You can activate the PIN in the device settings. The PIN can be changed after you have entered it for the first time.

If you wish to sell or give away an eSIM device, reset all the device settings. This will delete the eSIM profile.
