As a new Post Mobile Europe customer, you will receive a new SIM card within 3 working days of your order being accepted. The activation fee is CHF 49.95.

Yes, Post Mobile gives you the freedom to choose between a traditional SIM card or an eSIM for your subscription. The eSIM option is perfect if you want to:
- manage two phone numbers on one device, which is ideal for keeping your work and personal life organized;
- enjoy enhanced security with remote deactivation if your device is lost or stolen;
- skip the hassle of handling physical SIM cards.
Getting started with an eSIM is straightforward - just select "eSIM" as your preferred option during checkout when ordering your subscription. You will receive your eSIM voucher with a QR code by post to activate your service.

The discount applies only to the basic monthly subscription fee, excluding any add-ons or additional services.
Activation fees are not part of the promotion.
Optional services, add-ons, and out-of-plan charges are also excluded.
You will receive a credit equivalent to one month on each of your first two invoices.
This credit will appear as a discount line on your invoice.
