As a new Post Mobile Start customer, you will receive a new SIM card within 3 working days of your order being accepted. The activation fee is CHF 49.95.
Post Mobile Start is available online, in Swiss Post branches, at Volg stores that offer Swiss Post’s range or by phone on the freephone number 0800 780 790.

Yes, Post Mobile gives you the freedom to choose between a traditional SIM card or an eSIM for your subscription. The eSIM option is perfect if you want to:
- manage two phone numbers on one device, which is ideal for keeping your work and personal life organized;
- enjoy enhanced security with remote deactivation if your device is lost or stolen;
- skip the hassle of handling physical SIM cards.
Getting started with an eSIM is straightforward - just select "eSIM" as your preferred option during checkout when ordering your subscription. You will receive your eSIM voucher with a QR code by post to activate your service.
