PIN code

I entered the wrong PIN code three times. How can I unlock my phone?

To unlock your phone, you need the PUK 1 code displayed on your SIM card holder. If you can’t find it anymore:

  • Go to My Account → Subscriptions → Configuration → SIM card information.
  • Or call our Contact Center on 0800 701 801; from abroad +41 78 7 801 801.
     

Note: If you’ve entered 10 times the wrong PUK code, your SIM card will be permanently blocked and you will need a new SIM card. For replacement SIM cards, please contact our Contact Center.

You can also order a new SIM card via My Account.

  • Go to Subscriptions → Configuration → Order a new SIM.
  • Select the delivery address.
  • Click on "Validate".

This service is free and you will receive the same type of SIM card that you already have.
